蔣文欽博士,傑安生技總經理,華盛頓州大學食品及化工碩士與化工博士,之後任職美國化工生產設備大廠Dorr-Oliver的固液分離研發部門10年,具化工、食品、藥物工業中分離純化及整廠製程設計開發經驗成績斐然,與北美、中南美、歐洲、亞洲各大廠家有合作業務成功經驗,著有工業實務技術、製程設計及產品品質控管相關專文與書籍。爾後轉任美國製藥大廠--必治妥施貴寶公司(Bristol-Myers Squibb)的營養品及製藥研發部門有13年研發經驗,總計開發20餘項嬰兒、老人及特殊病人營養品。
在小分子藥物研發方面主要在藥物配方(Formulation)、藥物傳遞系統(Drug Delivery System)、固態分散體技術(Solid Dispersion Technology),如噴霧乾燥(spray drying)、熱熔擠壓技術(hot melt extrusion)、熱造粒(heat granulation)等技術以解決難溶藥物的問題,以及參與或主持7項有關糖尿病、愛滋病、老人失智症、風濕性關節炎等藥物開發,如Daklinza™、Eliquis®、Reyataz®、Glucophage®等。共獲有23項美國、加拿大、歐洲、中國、韓國及香港專利。2012年回台任職財團法人醫藥工業技術發展中心天然藥物研發處處長,並從事腸激燥症及注意力不足過動症之新藥物的開發。
