蒋文钦博士,杰安生技总经理,华盛顿州大学食品及化工硕士与化工博士,之后任职美国化工生产设备大厂Dorr-Oliver的固液分离研发部门10年,具化工、食品、药物工业中分离纯化及整厂制程设计开发经验成绩斐然,与北美、中南美、欧洲、亚洲各大厂家有合作业务成功经验,着有工业实务技术、制程设计及产品质量控管相关专文与书籍。尔后转任美国制药大厂--必治妥施贵宝公司(Bristol-Myers Squibb)的营养品及制药研发部门有13年研发经验,总计开发20余项婴儿、老人及特殊病人营养品。在小分子药物研发方面主要在药物配方(Formulation)、药物传递系统(Drug Delivery System)、固态分散体技术(Solid Dispersion Technology),如喷雾干燥(spray drying)、热熔挤压技术(hot melt extrusion)、热造粒(heat granulation)等技术以解决难溶药物的问题,以及参与或主持7项有关糖尿病、艾滋病、老人失智症、风湿性关节炎等药物开发,如Daklinza™、Eliquis®、Reyataz®、Glucophage®等。共获有23项美国、加拿大、欧洲、中国、韩国及香港专利。2012年回台任职财团法人医药工业技术发展中心天然药物研发处处长,并从事肠激燥症及注意力不足过动症之新药物的开发。
